We were on vacation with our caravan in the area of St-Raymond. An engine problem occurs with our truck. We call Germain Chevrolet to ask if we can come to their house for a code reading. Their answer: my next appointment is in a month! We wanted immediate assistance. You must really lack consideration to answer that in the circumstances!

Following a radio advertisement which said that it was cheaper than all the other dealerships for their services, we did our oil change with our Buick envista since my partner has family in Pont-Rouge. In Sainte-Anne, we got the vehicle from JD, the bill came to $94. In Saint Raymond, we got a bill for $111. Not only is it false advertising, the service really leaves something to be desired. I have more than fifteen GM vehicles in my life, and this is the last time I go to St-Raymond. Finally, I was considering changing my 2020 Sierra 1500 for a Sierra 2500. Will clearly not be with Germain.

We live in Toronto. We are in Montauban for the holidays with a caravan. Thursday evening, the car decided to go into protection mode. Engine power is reduced, power steering is reduced and emergency brake service turns on. We were supposed to get back on the road to Toronto on Sunday. I call Germain Chevrolet for help. The service team managed to fit me into their service schedule first thing Monday morning and during the day managed to put things back in order and give me my vehicle back. We were on the road to Toronto on Tuesday and everything went well.
I would like to recognize the dedication and courtesy received during our engine breakdown. The service department team was able to get us back on the road quickly.

If I could give -1 star for the mechanical service... they changed several electronic modules only to realize that a wire was cut and didn't even solve all the problems. $3400 thrown in the trash. Another mechanic fixed the problem in less than an hour...... Theft. In addition to having to manage for 1 week without my vehicle.. Difficult to follow up, telephone reminders were not made. I definitely don't recommend Germain Chevrolet, go elsewhere. it's fishy.
