We recently visited the Fromagerie/Cheese Museum. We had a guided tour, in the English language, of the Fromagerie conducted by Rachel who shared her deep knowledge of the history of cheese making in a most generous and enthusiastic manner. It was a lovely visit. Thank you, Rachel!
