Excellent service during the sale, but also afterwards. A roof joint was leaking when we had the heavy rain from Hurricane Debbie. A guy came to our campsite in the middle of a storm to come and repair everything and save our vacation!

Such good service, we are in Sault Ste-Marie and our new trailer axle broke and unable to get a replacement from the manufacturer before 8 weeks. Roulotte Gagnon sends its driver the same day to deliver the part here the next day on a Saturday.
