We ordered our trailer over 3 years ago and found the experience to be mostly positive. While the company is French, we had no trouble communicating with staff in English.
We picked up our new Alto trailer from Safari Condo and had an excellent experience. They took their time and explained everything about our trailer very thoroughly. They were very enthusiastic and excited for our new purchase!

Quality product without a doubt. On the other hand, this company is a victim of the success they had during the pandemic. Good product or not, selling a product in this price range and delivering it 2 or 3 years later, whatever the reason, is unacceptable! By shopping around a little, for some time now, it has been much easier to find a dealer who will deliver an RV of such good quality to you in a much more reasonable time. If you can't find a way to deliver faster, you're going to lose your fingers! Since the end of 2023, the industry has slowly returned to normal and used RVs are invading the market.

Inability to communicate with parts department and no feedback from them. Test with sales to get info; without success Do not want to return empty-handed after a visit to their factory in St-Frédéric. Incomprehensible situation.

We bought 2 swivel seats for our Promaster. We had to go to their factory in Beauce to get them. First, They made a “mistake” when handing over the products; they gave us 2 driver's seat swivels in addition to poorly informing us on how to install them (orientation of the brackets to pivot the seats)
The salesman at the factory took the liberty of telling us “that you have to have hands full of thumbs to not be able to install them on your own”. However, almost $1000 later, a wasted afternoon picking them up, a wasted afternoon getting a refund and returning their products, the inconvenience with our mechanic for the installation which was not worked due to their error (wrong bases put back, plus one of the bases did not rotate) - we are extremely dissatisfied with our experience both in terms of the products and the service. No compensation was offered.

Very beautiful and good product. Not always immediate answers when calling for parts or service, but we can understand that they have their hands full at the moment... Maybe improve the parts assistance! But otherwise, I was called back by Mr. Francis Dubé and I had very good service! Quick reminder following my requests, orders and answers to my questions! THANK YOU!!And I read the other comments on the sellers. For our part we had an excellent visit and obtained all the answers to our questions. Very high availability from the seller.

Myself, I have owned an Alto for around 5 years. The product is of very good quality. I am removing one star because it has been difficult for several years to get an appointment for service. I recently had problems with my Alto and finally got quick feedback from management after expressing my dissatisfaction. The problems concerned the replacement of the screen door, the difficulty of even replacing the safety bolts under the trailer (recall) and the repair of the MaxxFan.

Hello, thank you to the receptionist for her kindness. However, we were disappointed by the attitude of the seller. We only got very short answers to our questions and we felt like we were wasting his time. We didn't get any explanations or other details about the products. The only information we retained = no more models available before 2025.We therefore visited other VR companies to continue our efforts.

Little visit to Safari Condo yesterday... Pierre Coutu, representative welcomed us. He is extremely kind, competent, and exceptionally patient. We came away amazed by the product. THANKS!!! In these times when staff are scarce, we have been truly pampered.
