They charged me $150 for a tire change and gave me a quote for $1200 to change my 2 brakes. I went to another garage and this service cost me $300.

I have been going to this garage for several years for my tire changes and other repairs, and I have seen the service deteriorate from year to year, and the dishonest tendency rises like the key rate of the Bank of Canada.In recent years, they have loaded unrequested extras on the invoices without consulting me, which meant that I had a bill of almost $200 each time for a simple tire change.- Wheel sensor adjustment (and even on a car that does not have sensors) ($80)- Wheel Cleaning ($50)I gave them one last chance this year by telling them not to do anything other than change the wheel without consulting me and having my approval.When my partner went to pick up my car, they announced that a mechanic was making mistakes by overtightening the wheels in recent years and therefore it had broken the nuts on all the wheels, so no choice to pay $80 more for correct THEIR mistake. They explained that they tried to call me but I was not available because I was meeting all day. If I would have gotten my car back, I wouldn't have paid for it that's for sure.Honestly, I do not recommend anyone to go there and for our part, we will not persist with them any more and we have contacted the consumer protection office and the next step is the formal notice for the service provided.

Submission not respected (+120$). I had to call 3 times to get the quote (change of brakes). In short, there seems to be a problem at reception. I had been a customer since the Rémy Brochu days but today was the last time.

Really crossers. They can be annoying, charge us a lot of money and spend a lot of money during the repairs. Seriously it's horrible, I don't even know how they sleep at night. Disgusting. A woman entering the garage, a great opportunity to do the palette....

When changing the tires, they identified 3 left tires. The tork used was not that of the specifications - much too torked which caused my nuts and rods to break during my next tire change. Really sad.Service: Tires
