my 3 year old daughter who was crying because the lady was very stupid with her and shouting at my daughter, because she was excited to be there at the idea of adopting a dog. They refused to sell us a dog without ever telling us gives a valid reason, even after asking for explanations several times. we left empty-handed and broken-hearted. very bad experience.

I don't think I've ever had such bad service in my life... the girl who served me the first day was arrogant and condescending to me the whole time... no professionalism on her part.
The poster of the dog displayed was wrong and I simply wanted to ask a few questions before adopting a dog.. for life!!! It's like I was wasting her time she wanted to get rid of the dog as quickly as possible and then made me feel bad with denigrating comments and tried to intimidate me because I couldn't take the dog anymore. I put a 2 because the girl I spoke with on the second day was magnificent.. professional and attentive to my needs, thanks to her I would try to adopt a dog again if I only deal with her. But otherwise, I would have put zero because zero professional and not a positive experience at all!!!

This establishment is a front for a puppy mill operation. It's not a real refuge. Be careful! The employees do their job poorly, the animals sold are often sick and at a ridiculous price. This is not an SPCA.

A few years ago our dog got lost and then as we were already going there the staff recognized it but made us pay for the dog again to get it back which is totally incomprehensible! If I could put 0 I would have done so

I adopted a dog two years ago, and I was told that the dog was super sweet. I had to ask for a loan to be able to adopt another dog, when I got my other dog I was told it was a husky Labrador cross. I was also told that they no longer did sterilization, because it was expensive for them, given that a lot
geans brought back their dogs and cats. A couple of years later I realized that my dog was a husky cross golden retriver, and that he was an animal for adoption with the upcoming sterilization. I had to persist with them on the fact that they had to pay for the sterilization of my dog because it was part of the contract. Not only did we make two mistakes but I was also given the wrong dog when I was supposed to take my dog, in short I didn't like my service at all and I don't recommend it!

Last September I adopted a 3 month old baby cat there. 3 days later at home he had conjunctivitis in his eye. No animals here. I called and he told me that he was going to treat it themselves and with costs etc. so I went to the vet myself at my own expense. They were supposed to call me for the sterilization included in the huge price I paid. If I ever called to find out what was going on when the cat was 7 months old I think I would have been forgotten ... they told me that they were late... when I went to visit the cats they had them in a small transport cage, it was pitiful! Do not encourage this place that makes a profit with cats and dogs that I am quite sure they breed them and resell them at a high price!!! If I had to do it again I would do business with the Basse Laurentides spca! Also very stupid staff when I went to take my cat for sterilization, no information whatsoever!

They take good care of dogs and cats that people abandon. Their hearts are as big as the universe. Caring and patient, courteous and understanding.

Animals WAY too expensive. Cats found for $950? Completely ridiculous. Afterwards they wonder why so many animals have not found forever families. No way I'm supporting a "shelter" that makes money off the backs of people who only want to provide a better life for animals.

I don't have any good comments. My calls are not answered and in addition I did not have my appointment for my animal for which I paid in advance.

It calls itself a shelter but has an abnormally high number of puppies who come from who knows where... They sell the dogs at crazy prices!!!! And they are not sterilized. TO AVOID!!!!!!!!

No interest in animal welfare, they just want the $$$.
