Moi j'adore mon bureau de postes de Saint-Lazare. Le personnel y est accueillant, souriant, compétent, patient et toujours de bonne humeur. La maître de postes, Anic, est une femme merveilleuse et une "cheffe" exemplaire. Elle est extrêmement serviable et efficace et m'a dépannée plus d'une fois avec une gentillesse incomparable. J'aime l'équipe de mon bureau de postes et sans elle, je serais perdue. Alors, un gros merci et bravo!

Worst canada post. They lost my package. Claim no responsibility. The lady who took my Amazon return didn't want to give me a receipt. Never going back there again!

I really don't understand what these people have against our post office. I have lived in Saint-Lazare for 7 years and I have never received anything other than excellent customer service from the employees and the Postmaster. They are all extremely kind, polite, dedicated, competent and caring! I love them. When they are overwhelmed and the office is full of people, they do their best and with patience in the face of some very unpleasant customers! I was able to see it for myself and I find it very sad ?In the meantime, I love my post office and the lovely ladies who work there???

I've always had very friendly and kind service, which I appreciate, but the hours at this location could be better. If you work full time during the week, you have to go on your lunch hour and forget about actually having lunch because you will spend most of it in a lineup. There just isn't enough staff to get through the volume of people quickly. The only other option is Saturday but they close at noon. Not very convenient for people who work all week and have many other things to get done on week-ends. It would be nice if they could stay open a bit later at least one day out of the week. It would help a lot!

Slow service. It feels like being in a tiny village at the end of the world. I have a mailbox there that I pay every year either at the post office or online and every year the say that they are sorry after closing my mailbox each time and returning my mail wrongly.

The courtesy and kindness of the staff are always there. All my parcels are sent to this postal office now. Thank you for your impeccable service and for your support when problems arise.

Prévoyez une heure d’attente minimum si vous allez au comptoir. Il y a toujours une ligne d’attente dehors et le staff ne fournit tout simplement pas. Ça fait une semaine que je veux récupérer un colis au comptoir et que j’essaye à 14h-15h-17h mais il y a toujours trop de monde. Impossible de se faire servir dans un délais raisonnable.

Worse post office service ever. Always long wait. Often, one employee. Operations hours are not respected. Posting prices are ridiculous and I stopped counting the number of lost packages I've had? with them claiming no responsability whatsoever. My loss every single time. Our taxes pay for these incompetent employees and their "don't care attitude".

It's very convenient having a CP in our little Saint-Lazare community. The people who work there are always very nice, polite and get the job done.People complain of long wait times, I blame the customers. If people would just figure out how to print their own labels online and use this as a drop-off (the way it should be) there would never be any line-ups.

Awful service. The staff is either in the back room not responding to clients or chatting away with clients they know while there is a 15 people line-up. Never a smile on their faces - they make you feel like you're a burden to them.

Not even sure how this place operates but there isn’t a time of day where there isn’t a lineup. Only 1 person working and it’s incredibly SLOW. Used to be my go-to post office but not anymore.

The wait is long and the service is horrible, treated like a school child and sent home if your package measure if off by 1mm, do again for exactly the same cost. Stay away!!!
