I deposited a package at the World Line Cargo headquarters on December 10, 2023 (this date being the collection limit announced by them). At the time of handing over the package, I received confirmation that the package would arrive in Romania in approximately 5 weeks. One month after the delivery date, on January 10, 2024, I received the notification that the package of barely was delivered to the shipping line. So, from the delivery of the package, the likely time it will reach its destination is not about 5 weeks, but, in the best case, 9-10 weeks. Double. I contacted the company to receive explanations related to this major delay. An employee offered me all kinds of embarrassing excuses: first, that the delay is due to the shipping carrier that did not leave on time, then that it was because of the customs that delayed the shipment... Finally, after I expressed my displeasure and distrusting her explanations, she hung up my phone, as they say in Romanian: "in the nose". If I had known that the package was going to take at least 9 weeks, not 5 as I was assured upon delivery, I certainly would not have chosen this company to ship my package. In conclusion, working with World Line Cargo represents for me an unpleasant experience, in which I was misinformed, therefore deceived, and finally, when I asked for explanations, I was treated with unprofessionalism and disrespect. Unfortunately, this is not the first unpleasant experience that this company has offered me, it is not the first shipment, but it is certainly the last attempt to collaborate with this company.

Do you have a package to send home? About $130 a box under 30 kg. Hungarian is also spoken.

I don't recommend it, I took the package on November 27, I receive a notification at the end of December that the transport leaves on January 4, it's a joke, tell me to bring the package in January and that's it. Stupidity on my face, it's the last time I come to you, there are other companies, they should arrive in two months... you can find them, I think.
Total disappointment...

Buyer beware. WE CANNOT EVEN REGISTER THE BIKES IN HUNGARY BECAUSE THE IMPORT PAPERS WERE INCORRECTLY FILLED OUT. And the shipper tells us it's our fault, denies responsibility. We shipped my motorcycle from Montreal to Hungary, and along the way it sustained extensive damage. Windscreen, fairing, mirror, handlebar, foot peg, shifting mechanism, frame, Givi frame, and rear turn signal were all damaged, requiring replacement or expensive repairs. This company offered an apology and $200 as compensation. They cited that we had no proof (despite before and after photos) and that they had no responsibility to verify and ensure the bike's functionality before and after shipping. But wait, there's more: They lied. They lied when they delivered and unloaded the bike, saying that "there was a small problem" and that the mirror was "lost" and the turn signal plastic cover broken, they didn't know how, but perhaps something landed on it during shipping. In actual fact, all the evidence points to that they dropped this motorcycle, likely from a height, breaking not just the fragile fairing but solid metal pieces. The foot peg was not just bent. The end of it was broken clean off. The frame was bent.In fact, they went as far as to remove and WELD the cracked, and now crooked, aluminum piece that sits behind the shifting mechanism -- and NEVER TOLD US ABOUT IT. This is a piece that is not visible upon cursory inspection of the motorcycle. They went to the trouble of secretly "fixing" it and putting it back in place before delivering the bike. The delivery man hurriedly offered to order and ship a replacement mirror and turn signal cover -- which he did. But in fact, the entire turn signal mechanism was broken and needed to be replaced. The fairing and windscreen cost upwards of $700 and the repair bill to straighten the frame and replace the shifter unit ran into the hundreds of dollars. The insurance we purchased, it turns out, only covers "total loss" -- i.e., if the ship sinks. It doesn't matter if they tell you they have experience shipping motorcycles. It doesn't matter if they reassure you that they will take care of everything. When they cause damage to your property, they will say sorry, but we are not responsible. These people know they cannot be held accountable. Do not trust them with anything you deem valuable.

I have never ever witnessed such abominable service. These people are crooks and liars. We shipped our household goods with them, including two motorcycles, from Montreal to Hungary -- spent a total of just shy of $10k. They assured us they had experience shipping motorcycles and that we could feel assured our belongings would arrive safely.Yes, the items arrived. One motorcycle arrived missing its left mirror and with its rear turn signal broken. Then we noticed the windshield and front fairing were cracked. And the luggage frame, too, was cracked. And the handlebar weight scraped up. At that point, we sent photos of the damage along with a photo of the bike pre-loading and requested compensation. We were told they would "investigate" and get back to us. Before they did, we noticed the foot peg and shift mechanism was bent as well. We repeated our request for compensation. They offered $200, saying the bike's declared value was only $600 and that they are in no obligation to verify or ensure the bikes functioning before or after shipping. Then we found out the frame at the foot peg was also bent.TODAY, we just found out that someone had actually removed part of the aluminum assembly AND WELDED it and put it back. It had been cracked or broken AND THEY REMOVED IT, WELDED IT, PUT IT BACK without telling us or even admitting to having damaged the bike. I'm flabbergasted. Don't give this company a dime of your money. I'm facing at least $3,000 CAD of repairs on a bike that, although a 2002 model, was in perfect operating condition before this company dropped it and thoroughly damaged it. Crooks and liars.
