Literally the worst service I have ever received. I ordered a pair of shoes that were suppose to come within 3-7 days, and it’s now been a week and I have not even received an update about where my order is and why the delivery hasn’t been fulfilled yet. I have ordered from here before and the items came quick, but this order really is beginning to change my views on Steve Madden. I was told 2 days (after having to reach out) that the item may or may not be available and should ship the same day of our correspondence. It’s been 2 days now and I have not heard back from the customer support team nor is there any information whatsoever on the status of delivery. Considering the item was meant to be a gift and was over $100, one would expect at least some kind of update about the items status… all I can say is, I would not advise ordering online unless you are longing for a feeling of being robbed and taken advance of (I know this is dramatic but honestly this experience was just terrible).
