By far the WORST online shopping experience!
I will never buy from the CCM website again!
Following my purchase, I received some clothes in 2 deliveries, without receiving a tracking # or information on planned deliveries. In addition, items were missing from my order, even after the 2 deliveries.
Emails, calls, were left with customer service, never answered, never returned!
After several attempts, I managed to speak to someone... not too helpful who informed me that finally, that the items not received were discontinued and that I would receive a refund... it's been 3 weeks of this and I still have nothing received ! In addition, I inform the customer service agent that I received 2 sweaters that are completely different than on the site...
I received thin long sleeve sweaters when there were thicker crew neck sweaters on the site. The agent apologizes and informs me that there is an error on the site and asks me for photos in order to correct it on the site. He didn't offer me any compensation or anything!
In short, I can't complain about customer service because it is NON-EXISTENT! What a waste of time!

We ordered skates for my son directly on the CCM Canada website, nothing to say, everything is perfect, received very quickly!

Je croyais avoir fait un bon coups en m'achetant un équipement ccm neuf de qualité pro custom mais ça n'a pas pris 10 partie avant que mon l'équipement au complet commence a s'usée de manière plus que précoce. Et leur service à la clientèle/garantie ne veux rien faire a part me suggérer de mettre du loctite sur mon équipement...

Bought a ccm jetspeed 75 flex. Worst stick in the world. First of all, it didn’t flex as well as other sticks I have used, second, there was like no pop in the blade, third, the shoots were hard the control (they just flew way to high and it was impossible to get them in the net). Finally, not even half way through the season, the bottom of the blade blew open and then the blade broke off. Very discussed and frustrated…will not buy again.

Customer service non-existent. I bought step blacksteel blades for $200 with a 1 year warranty. One of the blades broke after 6 months. I filled out the form on the website. No tracking. I called the head office. Impossible to speak to anyone.
I went to the head office. The clerks are obviously not able to help me.

Horrible customer service. I placed an order for my son’s goalie pads that were on sale on the website, they confirmed the order and then no response for a week. After I finally managed to get a hold of them, they said “woops we are out of stock, we will cancel your order”. What would have happened if I didn’t manage to get a hold of someone?
Do not buy CCM - their poor customer service will start to bleed into the quality of their product. Horribly run company.

Assuming this is the right company for CCM Canada online ordering. Absolute horse trash of a customer experience. An embarrassment to Canada. Don't expect anyone to answer a phone call reply to any email message or voicemail. Worst on hold recording ever heard. And don't bother holding. They never will answer no matter what prompt you pick. On top of insane delays, I got over charged and had to dispute with my credit card company as it was my only option. Steer clear unless it's a last resort. Only way to do a return or use your warranty is to get someone on the line, and you already know how that will go. Don't know how they have somehow managed a decent product. A mystery.

Generally when I read negative reviews, I don’t believe them and think there must be another reason. Not the case here unfortunately. As others have stated, I placed an order for several items. Order has been in pending status for almost 2 weeks. Can’t get through on the phone. You stay on hold for 15 minutes and then straight to VM. No one returns calls. Emails go unanswered. No way to get through. No way to get answers. Horrible buying experience so far.Look into Bauer, True, Vaughn or anywhere else for gear. CCM just doesn’t care.

One of the worst experience I have ever had with a company, ordered a mask on December 8th and it has not shipped yet (+2 week). I sent 2 emails... no reply. I called 5 times no one ever picked up the phone after being on hold for 15 min it hangs up. I do not want a refund, I want my mask!

Service garantie nul et aucun service après envoi de courriel. Baton qui coûte les yeux de la tête et ne dure pas plus que 1 mois et demi pour un enfant de 70 livres. Très déçu du produit et du service. Ils veulent que faire du cash et se fou des clients. Bravo CCM. On va changer de marque, surment Bauer le service de garantie est mieux et plus flexible.

This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My daughter has had her new stick on the ice 13-15 times (it's off season), and it snapped. There is no offer of a refund or even a discount. If this was during the season, her stick would of lasted 2 weeks. Unbelievable
