Customer service non-existent. I bought step blacksteel blades for $200 with a 1 year warranty. One of the blades broke after 6 months. I filled out the form on the website. No tracking. I called the head office. Impossible to speak to anyone.
I went to the head office. The clerks are obviously not able to help me.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ORDERED A FEW THINFS STILL HABENT GOT THEM CANT GET MY MONEY BACK THEY HAVE GHOSTED ME WONT PICK UP PHONE OR EMAIL ME BACK LIKE THE OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO COMPLAINED HERE
