They accept walk in but you need to wait in line. Its better if you go early.

The mall is quiet ( not much to shop here ) but the SAAQ office here delivers great service. People at posts are very friendly with smile. No long queue waiting (on Monday morning at 10am) and finished my task within 20 minutes with appointment. Way more efficient!

I had an appointment. In and out in 25 minutes. Like it should be. Lovely and competent staff.
