I've never been for their pharmacy itself. I often go for the post office, makeup department and the general store.
At the post office, I always receive a good, professional service, relatively quick even when there's many customers. They are very helpful even if it's a busy post office.
The makeup department has great technicians, knowledgeable and helpful, welling to go the extra mile to help, friendly, professional, welcoming.
The general store has lot of choice, the articles on sale in the flyer are always available. Cashiers very polite, helpful, quick service.
I highly recommend this Jean Coutu.
[Regarding previous comments about the staff speaking Arabic, I never had a problem for not speaking it, nor seen anyone else not receiving the same level of good service. I never witnessed any discrimination.
I actually find it great that they can serve their clients in their language, it makes a more personalized service.]
♿️ It is wheelchair accessible, even for power wheelchair. Some aisles are small but still fit a regular power wheelchair or mobility scooter. The displays at the end of the aisles can be bothering to pass, though. Entrance with double automatic doors that always works. Staff very helpful too. Second door at the exit doesn't always works but again, there's always people to assist and hold it.

Customer service isn't that great, wait times are very long& they're not well organized. You need to keep calling and keep going back because they miss items & don't give you everything. Very frustrating.

The pharmacy sets the low bar. They were all fighting amongst themselves and one of them was screaming in the back. They were asking 2 hours to prepare a simple prescription of Tylenol. Go somewhere else, really.

Don't expect to get served in a decent amount of time if you don't speak arabic. Every time I have been, I have spent more than 30 minutes waiting for meds. Seeing custumers come and go as I'm waiting. I wish they would actually serve people in the order they arrive and not by the language they speak. I recommend the one near metro instead, the service is more fair with a decent waiting time.

Apparently there is a preference for serving people at the checkout and the same person you greet them, they don't always answer you with a tight face

I have been a customer of this Armenian pharmacy for yearsUnfortunately, they did not serve me all the capsules of my treatment and I came to ask for them (10 capsules)Knowing that I paid so I don't have to pay againA lady, I don't think she's a pharmacist, treats me badly and for 4 capsules, she asks for the price of a box ($43)This lady I saw hatred in her eyes and she was shaking while speaking and threatened me to call the police to get me outI will no longer do business with this Jean Coutu branch and I wish curses to this lady who congratulated the delivery man on a happy new year while all of us Muslims, Christians, Arabs or not are in mourning for our brothers killed in PalestineI just found out that she is a replacement pharmacist in this pharmacyIt’s really shameful to see medical staff with this low level, it’s really seriousI wish this creature would look elsewhere for its job, but I would never wish it

Today I called Jean coutu option 4 for Canada post around 5.30 pm to check their timings during the weekend but all three times they hung up on me without even talking. Very unprofessionalservice ñ
