This is the worst cleaning service ever. I just entered and the lady was rude. I show her my coats and she just invent a price out of her head based on the brand of my coat without explaining. I ask her question and she start screaming at me that if Im not happy I leave, I asked her to stay calm and be respectful and she started to scream louder even her employees were questionning her judgment.I really don’t undestand how this place have great ratings, overrated, disrespectful and lack of customer service.There is way better than them.Service: Eco-friendly cleaning

Jacket had a tear under the arm pit area, dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon! Extremely well done sewing job, not even noticeable, I'm very happy! Extremely friendly, extremely well priced! I'm bookmarking this place! I hope it stays open for years to come! Thank You!

I really hate that I'm giving this place 1 star. I love supporting local businesses and this is 5 minutes away from my place.I used to work at a dry cleaner on Henri-B inside the loblaws when it was open so I know a thing or two about the business. Great family Armenian business, they moved to Lasalle.So I went there 3 times, every single time I had to ask them to redo my stuff. They even screwed up 2 of my hats.In the 2 years that I work that the dry cleaner, I only had one client who asked me to redo a piece. That's because we checked the cloths one by one. Made sure that there was no stains or anything. When we said that you will be getting your stuff perfectly clean in two days, we meant it. Norgate unfortunately don't care about your cloths and it shows in their work.There's a lot of room to improve, I'll try again in few months =)
