When you need Asian groceries in this area, there’s c&t, Kim phat, t&t and Lian tai. C&t never has any parking spots, Kim phat is fine but far from where I live, and T&T is way too expensive. Lian tai happens to be conveniently close to where I lived, and there’s always parking available, and the price is alright. Most of the time I can find all the ingredients I need for Asian dishes here whether it’s different cuts of meat, imported vegetables and fruits, condiments and sauces.

Very expensive products, where other places is at least 30% less in the price, and the fresh products at least 50% cheaper.
If you looking for the Asian product to complete a meal than yes but full cart or shopping be ready to spend a lot.
And expired food products, the eggs not fresh,fish some are fresh some not.

EXPIRED FOOD!! The food I purchased has expired half years. They put this product just in front of the cashier. Highly doubt they never check the expire date of their products. I am eight months pregnant and I am happy I check the expire date before I eat the food.

Apart from a few specific products, to avoid. Meat ? always smells bad. I only buy them for my animals but I cook them well. Additionally, the staff is very rude.

Very poor service at the fishmonger. I paid for cleaning the fish and he didn't want to do it until I insisted ' he made an angry face and it's not the first time he did the same thing to my father. I will not buy again there.

An Asian grocery store where you can find everything at a good price.
The fish shop is interesting, however I do not recommend the fish living in the giant aquarium because they taste like old water.
