Service tellement mauvais par M. guirguis. Jamais j’aurai penser être traité de la sorte je ne reviendrai plus jamais.les prix sont beaucoup trop élevé pour le service médiocre donner par ce Mr. Aucunement aviser que les retours sont refuser. Aucun credit ou quoi que ce soit tout est en vente final. Vraiment déçu de mon expérience.

I'll never shop here again. Make your self a favor and take a tour before you buy from him. You will find better options for better prices. And most importantly nice friendly people.The place offers the worst customer service ever.. the man inside didn't mention anything about No Refund Policy until I came back to return something Only 5 Minutes after leaving the shop. He was so rude and didn't even allow for store credit or gift card, he only offered exchange of something that doesn't fit my size.. Finally he threatened me for posting a bad review .. Wow what a friendly sales man.

I will never ever shop there. When I was paying the 2 shirts he told me . Not return, Not exchange , Final sale .I return home to discover the Large has the same measurements as the medium . Paper ticket saying from CANADA, stamp on the T-shirt made in INDIA.

This is a situation that requires to be heard, as during times of COVID, when the elderly are most vulnerable, some people cannot help but take advantage. My Mom, who is 76 years old bought a pair of 38 size pants for my father who is 88 and is not as mobile as her, and cannot go in store to try them on. Unfortunately they were small, so my mom brought them back within 7 days (as per policy on the bill) and the owner exchanged them for a size 40. When my Dad tried on the new pair, the stitching at the bottom was defective, it did not fit uniformly. When my Mom returned them again (within the 7 days) the owner blatantly refused to exchange again or give a credit note, blaming it entirely on COVID and safety. If this is their COVID rules, they must legally advertise this on their bill and in their website. I will be filing a complaint with Consumer Protection, as it is the principle of the matter and not the money, that has now been lost by my elderly parents.
