The Lux Decor team was nothing short of perfect. We gave them the challenge to fully furnish a luxury penthouse in less than a month. The challenge was not only accepted but brilliantly achieved, the result was stunning. Everything, from the design to the management of the project was impeccable. The team was professional, seamless and very efficient, without neglecting on the quality of the final look. I would 100% recommend and will work with the Lux Decor team again.

I do not recommend this company at all and would give 0 starts if I could.
I was interested in them making me a custom designed Calacatta Viola marble table that they advertised on their Instagram page. Instead, after sending them two emails and two messages via social media, six days later they finally get back to me (after I called them again to remind them!) to tell me they won’t make any custom furniture unless we hire their team for a full design service… these marble tables are most likely over 10k and basically unless we hire their overpriced design services we are not entitled to purchase their furniture. Yet they sell furniture online and yet they are unwilling to make custom furniture for a client willing to spend a hefty amount for their furniture. A very upstanding snob design company that actually doesn’t care about clients unless you are willing to spend many thousands of dollars to redesign your entire space they could not care less to help customers interested in purchasing their furniture at all. Especially since I already have my living room design I had no intent of redesigning it all! I wound up finding the dupe of these nesting tables from Rove concepts, they had even claimed they were custom, but in reality they look the exact same as the ones from Rove. After waiting a week to hear back from them and then to have to contact them multiple times it is obvious their customer service needs serious improvement. I would never do business with this company

I went to their showroom and was helped by LIsa . She is awesome ! She helped me choose decorative pillows for my living room. Not only did she help me choose beautiful pillows but she helped me with my decor when I showed her pictures of my home. ! Such a nice welcoming place and such beautiful pieces !! the owner made me feel so welcome and such a nice woman ! The whole team is great ! So happy I found this gem of a place !
