Worst and most unethical broker in Canada. Not sure why they still exist…. Shipments held for no reason, and absolutely no way to reach anyone if you need them. No-one answers the phone, no one replies to the numerous emails you send and no-one cares about your business or the money you are losing by the minute. . 1 800 line answered by people who do not speak english and know nothing about your business. What an absolute waste of my time. Do yourself a favour and go to a broker who actually gives a damn about your business . I would have rated 0 if I could have.

Worst customs brokers in the world. They always make the driver wait hours and sometimes days and cost companies unnecessary expenses in the result. I don’t understand why companies use them. No customer service what so ever. BIG ZERO

worst broker in the world I deal with custom broker all over the world but never had this kind of service I really don’t understand why still companies are using them for custom clearance I highly request to all of their clients please avoid them respect the time of drivers and transportation companies who loosing so much time and money because of Livingston

one of the worst customs broker , Sorry not one of They are the only worst customs broker , They always waste drivers time at border . All lazy people work in Livingston who doesnt want to work on time . I always suggest my customer's to not to use Livingston .

This is the worst custom broker company I deal with a lot of companies and this one by far is the worst they take forever to clear your shipment and staff don’t understand nothing every time we will notify the team what a joke

Too slow clearing loads in the evenings and weekends, crossing from usa to Canada. Drivers get stuck at the borders, and run out of log book hours, costing companies money Livingston is probably my least favorite broker. Poor customer service, poor organization, not enough trained staff for the volume. Remote staff that clearly don't understand the process. No supervisors for escalation

Don't use them as your customs broker, you can't reach anybody for weeks while leaving voicemail messages to every possible extension. No response from anybody, not even on their email adresses. It is like the entire department is closed.
