I recently visited Lave Auto Thimens and had a great experience. Not only did they do an amazing job cleaning my car, but they also demonstrated honesty and integrity. One of the workers found a misplaced gift certificate I had in my car and promptly returned it to me.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy car wash.

Very over-priced for the service they provided. Wanted to get the inside of my car thoroughly cleaned. I was charged $120 + tax for just vacuumming, applying conditioner to my leather seats to make it look shiny (they told me you cant shampoo leather seats) and a wipe down of the interior and doors. Had to point out some spots he missed aftewards, like the cup holders in the back seat. There was only one guy working and he was done in 30 min. He took out the car mattes and sprayed them down, telling me it was on the house, meaning it wasn't included in the price and doing me a favor.

Staff was very friendly but I was disappointed with the clean. When I come to a car wash, I expect a really thorough clean, not surface level. After leaving, I realize that my trunk was not cleaned, and some sticky stuff on my seats and in the middle is still sticky… Fingerprints on my car screen, etc. Definitely missing attention to detail.

Very unprofessional work and even when you ask the manager about, to have a look on that he doesn’t see any problems. You have to finger all the car around to show him the problem because for them all is perfect.
Very disappointed, because you $ for the service then you have go home and wash your self if you want a clean car.

The most expired car wash I've seen in my life, the car is still wet and poorly washed, the workers are unhappy and the “boss” I don't know who he thinks he is but he needs to get some work done. humble

Mark treats your car as if it's his own. His help was indescribable and I appreciate it more than words. My car was flooded after the storm but in a few hours, it was clean and completely dry.
