Every Idolem Studio is special in its own right. I love Bois Franc for the staff and people here. They're super friendly, welcoming and accommodating! The teachers are fire! Love every class, you get what you sign up for! Don't know what I'd do without hot yoga

I’ve been to a few yoga studios in the city and I have to say that this idolem has become my favourite, the atmosphere and instructors are incredible. My favourite is Cindy, her presence and warmth is the perfect balance between strong and zen. Already seeing amazing progress in my strength and flexibility and I owe it all to her.

The studio is beautiful and staff are always very nice and welcoming. I love hanging out after my practice, enjoying a tea and soaking it all in. And the shakes! 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been to three other Idolems and this is by far my favourite. The place is clean and beautiful, the location has easy parking, the staff is helpful but most importantly the instructors and classes are so good. The instructors are experienced and knowledgeable and the classes are challenging but still accessible for most. Great studio!

As soon as we arrive, the desire to go back is felt. The welcome is calm and inviting. The hall and changing room are large enough to avoid discomfort due to physical contact with other participants. Several seats to wait or relax. Enough lockers to store our personal items safely. Saturday teachers are beings filled with goodness & purity and they are committed to their practice. They teach, correct, encourage, offer challenges + they enforce silence! ?

Great classes and ambiance. Very clean and helpful staff! The variety of classes are good and the instructors are even better. The only reason I can't give it a 5 is because honestly classes are OVER packed sometimes. I understand the need to turn a profit but it can be a bit intense. Not for people who might feel claustrophobic

nice yoga studio, love the teachers and classes however, the receptionists need to be careful, its been 3-4 times but only on sundays that they FORGET to give me a towel. every other time they do except sundays, its obviously the girls working in front that forget. and i do not have my hand on belly to indicate i dont want a towel, i always want a towel. its really upsetting to me. they should double check and i know its the receptionist because sousou often vibrates her bowl and i know its not her who forgets.

Best yoga studio in town!! Sousou is very competent and clearly passionate about yoga. She even uses instruments at the end of the class, making it a fully immersive sensory experience.I've been to two other Idolem locations and this one is my favorite so far. The changing rooms are spacious and super clean. 10/10
