Ended up have a custom made sofa, with our exact dimensions and choice of fabric. The owner gave us a tour of the manufacturing part of the business and we were impressed!Due to factors beyond their control concerning availability of our chosen fabric covering however, the promised date for delivery was pushed back by 2 months. They called us to offer us perhaps other options. We chose to wait since we were truly enamored with our choice of fabric covering. Then the incredible happened. They offered to loan us a smaller sofa for the duration of our waiting time! Without another word, they kindly delivered this loaner sofa. Today, they delivered our much awaited sofa and WOW!WOW!WOW!. It is even more beautiful then we had originally imaged at the store!! The promised delivery time was also spot on!!! If you are seeking quality furniture, made locally, priced competitively and wish to experience what true customer service is really like, then look no further than Cameo Collection. “Whenever we visit Montreal from Western NY, we try to swing by IKEA. It's only 10 minutes from my in-laws and now that we have a van, we can actually buy some toys and furniture for our 2 year old. I haven't been to any other IKEAs in last decade, so I can't compare. However it seems like a big IKEA with all its offerings. They have a large cafeteria and parking is surprisingly well laid out (or maybe I just got lucky with finding a spot).”
