Terrible service, they sent me an envelope from a government institution. The person who speaks Spanish at this distribution center called me to tell me that I had to go pick up the envelope 45 minutes from my house (when home delivery was paid for) and did not give me the tracking number. I called to ask for them to deliver me closer and NO ONE could help me because the happy woman didn't give me the guide number and without it they can't do ANYTHING. Terrible!!!

This shipping company is the worst for real!! The delivery people are not friendly at all! They say they will come back the next but that's a lie!! I called customer service 3 times they told me 3 different things... had to go pick it up at location not transport friendly ended up taking a taxi cost me 40$ extra for a package that was supposed to be delivered next day which I stayed home for!!!

I want to thank Sandra for her mitigation skills! My package was very urgent and she was very helpful in fixing up the situation that occurred because of the clearance delay.She was able to help me locate the package and get it from the FedEx sorting office directly. Yes, the situation was also caused by FedEx but it is great to work with people who can mitigate problems fast.

1 Star for the service by Cassy, the told me she is going to call the FedEx Delivery Truck and arrange a pickup. But she never did and now I have to wait all over the weekend to get it delivered.

Terrible experience with FedEx. After 3 calls to customer service, my shipment is still held. Incomprehensible and unjustified delivery times. A service that is less fast and secure than regular mail service.
