What a wonderful experience I had today at Parisoir Depanneur the young man was very helpful and kind & the place was very clean compared to other depanneur i’ve been too.
I will definitely be coming back, and referring everyone I know to this place!

I was waiting for the bus minding my own businessand one of the employees knocked on the window and then starterd filming me. Next time I'm going to call the police. This has to be the worst depanneur in the city from reading the other reviews.

Extremely poor service claims that he can’t refund or reverse a transaction while still at the cash had a habit of going there because I have a business down the street but I will never walk through that door again and will suggest to all my clients not to go there. Read the response and the refusal for refund which wasn’t what I was requesting but a change in the product. Owner was called and he said over the phone “don’t give him a refund or exchange” the clerk was as well very condescending and very arrogant with a smile on his face. I don’t recommend this store.

Regardless of other reviews on here, I got great service from the men who work here. I found them to be very helpful. They have a huge selection of local beers from Quebec.

Very rude employée. Went in to buy something and he Kicked me out for no reason. I've been a loyal customer for 20 years. I have everything on video and will send it to the news media. I almost always buy sonething. I had to go to the dep on the other side.Thèse people are scumbags and do not deserve your business. Just look at the other reviews.

One morning, I happen to want to go to toilet when I just get off the metro. I walked a hundreds of meters to this place, with a lot of difficulty, hoping that they could allow me to use the toilet. The owner/ cashier told me that their whole building, not just the store have no toilet at all. What a nice place!
