I don't even have to write a review cuz clearly everyone agrees but honestly for a place that's open 24/7 I've never been able to take a step into the store. I live across the street and I thought it was abandoned. Idk about the service cuz I never even got a chance to walk in the place. Idk how u guys are still in buissnes... horrible business making me wait 20 minutes for no reason

Absolutely pitiful your branch at the corner of Henri Bourassa and Toupin there is never anyone there. It's Sunday, it's 5:45 p.m. and the guys put up a sign saying that the convenience store opens at 7 p.m. They always close earlier and they don't fill anything in the store. I understand that there is no employment but on a Sunday before 7 p.m.? On a main artery of the city? And it's not the first time this has happened. No one can call because the number doesn't work. There is always a yellow car waiting in front and the guys never finish their shift on time, always early. It’s okay but at least change your hours so we can find out! Because the IGA closes at 10 a.m. and it's very close. It’s been since summer! It’s really enough! Four cars and two pedestrians trying to get in before 6am! Maybe change your name!

I waited at the cash register to pay for many minutes while the manager, in the next room, with the door wide open, shouted over the head of her employee who looked like he was barely 18-20 years old. . I finally intervened to make it stop and she continued to yell at him while he made me pay. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE! Madam, it's not because you're 4 feet tall that you have the right to be verbally violent with your employees, that's not the way to manage people, find another job!

The store has been known for its convenient locations and an array of enticing offers, making it a preferred choice for many. Upon entering the store, I was immediately drawn to its well-structured and organized interior, which facilitated a seamless shopping experience. The arrangement of products allowed for efficient navigation, enabling customers to locate their desired items promptly. One of the aspects that initially attracted me to Couche-Tard was their assortment of "killer deals." These promotions were once a delightful blend of both alcohol and snacks, making it a haven for frugal shoppers. The combination of discounted beverages and a variety of snacks made every visit a treat. However, I must admit that I was slightly disappointed when the focus shifted primarily towards alcohol-related deals. The transition from inclusive promotions to more alcohol-centric offerings left me missing the well-rounded options that were once available. The staff at the Couche-Tard store exhibited a mix of personalities, reflecting a diverse spectrum of customer service experiences. Some members of the team were notably kind and helpful, ready to assist with inquiries and provide recommendations. Their friendly demeanor enhanced the overall shopping experience and fostered a positive atmosphere within the store. Conversely, there were instances where certain staff members appeared to be easily irritable, reacting with impatience in response to customer inquiries. While I understand that customer interactions can be demanding, a consistent and pleasant demeanor across all staff members would undoubtedly elevate the shopping experience for all customers.Despite the variance in staff interactions, the store's interior layout continued to be a highlight for me. The store's attention to detail in maintaining a clean and organized environment was commendable. This, coupled with the well-labeled aisles and sections, made it considerably easier to locate products swiftly. The aesthetic arrangement of items and the effective use of space contributed to a sense of orderliness that was truly appreciated. In conclusion, my visits to the Couche-Tard franchise store have been marked by a mixture of positive and slightly disappointing experiences. The transition from a broader range of "killer deals" to a more alcohol-focused approach was a change I found myself adjusting to. The varying attitudes of the staff members further underscored the importance of consistent customer service standards. Nevertheless, the store's interior design and organization consistently stood out, making each visit efficient and enjoyable. As a customer, I look forward to seeing how Couche-Tard continues to evolve and improve its offerings in the future.

Went tonight to buy a Jimmy dean breakfast and a red bull before work. Bald aging man didnt greet me but rather looked expressionless while speaking arabic on his headphones. Total lack of professionalism on his part. On top of which the Jimmy dean sandwich was undercooked when I ate it in my car. This couch tard is going downhill hiring such poor staff seemingly only aiming for certain kinds of employees. Very sad.

I can't find what I'm looking for, I try to ask him a question: do you have this? I have to repeat three times. He's not looking at me, he has his sunglasses and headphones on and is talking to someone on a device at the same time and I'm obviously disturbing him. He responds with a superior air: no ma’am!
What lousy service ?

says it’s 24/7, drove 15minutes all the way here at night just to see that the guy who worked here put up a handwritten sign saying “temporarily closed” at his own will. very disappointing considering he was inside the store.

You Need to get rid of the loiterers (outside the store has become a late night smoke hang out ,as well as inside with friends of the employees who are there to "chill" and be obnoxious)
