I am more than impressed by VitroPlus/Ziebart (gas station on rue Industriel in Laval), especially by Alex. Customer service beyond extraordinary. Alex helped me when Lebeau Windshield Repair Services wouldn't even offer to try to repair my windshield with a surface burn. Alex took my car over, tried to repair the best he could and although it wasn't possible to get it completely off my windshield, my windshield is now smooth. It's a quality service. Thanks for your time, Alex, and for offering to try to fix it.

I am beyond impressed with VitroPlus/Ziebart (service station on Industriel street in Laval), specifically Alex. Beyond amazing customer service. “I've had such an amazing experience coming here. I had a side window to be replaced, after 4 month of waiting, we bough our own window and they installed it the very next day ( they tried to fit me day of receiving the glass but we're unable too) The staff was wonderful and kept me updated on when my car would be ready
