Good postal counter.
If you want my opinion, the biggest cause of long lines is poorly prepared or downright stupid customers. If you've ever sent a letter in your life, maybe you should Google it instead of arriving at the counter without an envelope and a pencil.
You also have everyone who does not prepare their shipments in advance on the Canada Post website (which saves you time and money via preferential rates).
For regular Canada Post users who are independent but still have to go to the counter for necessities, I am much more wary of the people in the line than the person at the counter.
Thank you for the good service and above all for your patience.

Unbelievable how this Canada Post office only has one teller, that poor employee has to deal with endless lineups and stressed out people every day when they have a huge counter to easily add another teller station for such a hihlyVery populated area

It's a small post office. The staff do their best but I find customers are too impatient. I have witnessed abuse towards staff by fellow customers on at least two occasions this is unacceptable

If you receive a package, there’s a lot of chances to have to search for it. They don’t delivered my package, they even didn’t try but when I checked by tracking number it said “a delivery note was left”, like I wasn’t home. But I was home and they didn’t try to deliver my package. You should avoid Canada Post if you want delivery for something or if someone wants to send you something.

They refused our package for no reason (they obviously didn't want to do their job), then sent us to another Canada Post which was closed.

Do not trust this outlet. They reject parcels randomly claiming they don’t have space.
They also reject your incoming posts. They are worst Canada post in Montreal.

Waited 30 minutes to pick up a delivery while there was only 5 people before me. Something can be done to resolve this bottleneck.

Today in the afternoon, I was at the post office the customer service lady and her Assistant were extremely rude,If they are not given proper training on how to deal with the customers, the business will suffer. I am informing you as I do not going back to this post office, Customers are the spine of any business and they deserve respect and kindness
