Fulbert, It's unfortunate that this was experienced, with your friend's second hand information. So your friend get you to come on here, and try to ruin someone's business, because of their one encounter. You just lead me to believe that your "friend" is not the type of customer I'd want to deal with, so your "friend" may have done Ronald and Bestbite a favor, listen everyone is not for everyone, but to try to ruin someone's reputation, within our Black community, based on your one encounter, is a big NO for me! And with a friend like that I'd watch my back. I've dealt with Ronald for every one of my events, and he's been a great referral to my friends and family. Because of his experience in this business, he's come through for me when more guests showed up than expected, when I was freaking out he reassured me, and provided a full course to feed everyone. Food always hot, tasty, and nuff!!

Bestbite recently did a top-notch job catering for a funeral I organized. I trusted Ron and his team for one of the most important events in my life, and they delivered. The food and service were impeccable. Ron’s suggestions and expertise enabled me to focus on what mattered – I cannot thank him and Lil enough. I recommend Bestbite wholeheartedly.

Ron of BestBite has always delivered quality food and service since I have had my experiences with him and his organization.Most recently, I fuljoyed a delicious meal from his team during a sad moment in my life and the lives of my close friends with the lost of their mother and my friend as well.Thank you for making a sad situation a little less sad with a flavourful meal, which set the ambiance for good conversation with good friends from my childhood.Thank you, Ron, and your team at BestBite catering for being a part of a positive experience during a sad occasion.

Horrendous customer service. A friend of mine called to get a budgetary quote for catering for a funeral and when she wanted to know more about what they were providing for the quoted price, including a breakdown of how many sandwiches and how the sandwiches were to be cut to ensure there's enough for the amount of people coming and to stay within budget, they responded that they didn't want to go over the details of the food breakdown, proceeded to decline to take the job right there and then, and hung up--and this was a referral from fellow churchgoers...

My husband and I are so pleased we went with BestBites for our wedding, Ron is a friendly and professional guy. I was really thankful for him and his team on the day of our wedding. We had a wedding reception in July 2022 and Ron and his team were well equipped, organised and he put my mind at ease. The food was absolutely delicious and exactly what we were looking for - BBQ food but presented in a very elegant way. Thank you BestBites. I highly recommend them! :)
