I leased Q4 e-tron on June 5th 2024 till July 22nd the car went to the dealer 3 times because of the electronic system doesn't work. Every time the car stayed 3 to 4 days then they give me the car and the problem came back in less than 24 hours Imagine I didn't have the chance to enjoy the car, I regret a lot leasing this car and I really suggest not to go for this model. (the problem is the Sos system and the apple car player). Every time they say that we need to contact Audi Canada I don't know if they are Laughing at us, so now July 30th 2024 and no car .

I highly recommend this dealership. KC is an outstanding rep. with sales expertise and remarkable customer service. Always courteous and patient as he took the time to answered all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely refer friends and family to KC as I know that they will receive excellent service. If there is a six star, I would not hesitate to give it to KC. Thank you for my new Audi!

I went on a Saturday to negotiate, finance & register the car in the same day I left with the car the same day. Fastest sale I've ever seen in a dealer.
I had a battery problem, I had it replaced, sent an invoice and they reimbursed me by check ?

Impeccable sales department but the service department is too bad
I have been waiting for a return call for 3 weeks after waiting 2 weeks to check if my car is eligible for repair by accepting the Audi aesthetic guarantee
And I'm still waiting for a return call until today
Shame for Audi

They somehow removed my previous review.I’d give negative stars if possible. This dealership is absolutely HORRIBLE.They are professional liars and scam artists. They will lie straight to your face.Take your hard earned money elsewhere.Don’t walk, RUN away from these CRIMINALSI ended up signing for a Q5 at Audi Popular and had a fantastic experience. Much lower monthly payment compared to the estimate from Audi Prestige?️ ? ?

Horrible place! Salesman and managers are arrogant, mean and bully clients. Do yoursleve a favour, don't ever go there. They bully you to purchase a car. They clame, they are the only ones to have Audi cars availavle. I went to another Audi dealership and found the same car for much less a month.Plz don't EVER go to Audi presitge (Audi St Laurent).

I ordered and got my new car from this dealership. Very happy with the service and the price that i got. I highly recommend going to see Calvin, he has kept me up to date throughout the whole process, answered all of my questions and has made me feel comfortable. He took the time to show me all of the cool features of my new Q3. Couldn't be happier with it!
