Must recommend not to visit there . I went there evening 5:30 there was one indian punjabi girl with cap working there she do not behave well with customers. they must need hire employees who had some experience even the south indian black lady who was standing another side she treat very rudely

The products are expired, vegetables are spoiled. The rude customer service and not respectful to the customers. Be careful when you buy the products.

Granted, they have a decent selection of Asian and Southeast Asian spices and snacks, which is nice. It's supposedly a family-owned grocery store, and while I generally like to support family businesses, this one really makes you question that choice. Pricing? Some items are definitely worth the price, but I do have to say, some are really outrageously high (10-25% more, than upscale supermarket e.g. IGA, Provigo...). The customer service? We can just say they seem to go out of their way to make you feel as unwelcome as possible. And do yourself a favour and double check your receipt, because what's written on the shelf might not be what you are actually being charged for. I guess it's part of their charm...

Although the owner's wife is not yelling at people anymore (thankfully) they can still improve at customer service more.
Also what I've noticed in the last couple of weeks is that at least for the tomatoes they move the sticker and place it over the rotten area of the tomato. Next time people, remove the sticker to make sure the fruit is still good.

The place is good for south asian stuff but it’s very disorganised and please beware of the packaged stuff, they might have expired. You can see the previous comments. The owner is for sure rich but the business is poorly driven. Looks poverty striken!

It's quite ironic that the owner drives a Ferrari while their business is located in one of the poorest neighbourhoods of Montreal. It seems out of touch with the reality of the community they operate in.

Really. what rude staff. I think you have to prepare yourself for combat, every time you go there, you really think you're above everyone. the prices of certain products are not mentioned and when you ask for them at the checkout the very rude manager almost spits in your face. such ill manners.
Yesterday I found stalks of leeks tied together in a box, some with prices some without prices I thought they were the same price, but at the checkout I was charged more than the price, at the same time, you have aloe vera below which the price of mint is displayed, so without checking very well I take aloe taking into account the price of mint and when I complain during billing, the cashier takes advantage of me. Seems like these staff are trained to be rude. what desolation.

THEY LITERALLY LOOT PELPLE. You have to be very careful while billing. Sometime they charge extra than what is mentioned on the tag. Then they say we might forget to change the price. 0 customer service experience. SHAME on you people to work without ethics.
