By far the best service we have ever had in a pharmacy. Dedicated, helpful, attentive and always smiling staff. Very sad to move after 15 years and have to change pharmacies. A big thank you to the whole team! ?❤️?♥️

I use the unisante online service to refill my prescriptions because I often forget details when speaking on the phone. On my last visit, I was asked to tell them the number of pills that I have different from another prescription to synchronize all of them for my next automatic renewal. I renew and write the missing number on unizing. Result? I am given 24 pills of each of my medications instead of the usual 30. My prescriptions are therefore still not synchronized with each other.
I will have to return to resolve this error. I don't trust them to understand anything if it's not face to face.
I'm looking to change pharmacies... I've had a lot of good experiences with the pharmacists/technicians there, but I'm tired of being in uncertainty and stressed about the errors in this department .

Disappointed with the service I received at the pharmacy. There was an error in the special labeling of an item and I was refused service at the indicated price because the superior was not present. I was invited to come back during the week before 5 p.m., unfortunately this is not possible for everyone. This isn't my usual pharmacy, so I don't know how effective other services are, but it doesn't make me want to come back.

My son came here twice to pick up meds and once they misplaced the prescription and this time they misplaced his meds altogether. Both times were weekday afternoons. Not impressed. The orders were done online as well.

This pain that I have to tolerate in the weekend while I have lots of work to at home is because of an irresponsible employee in this uniprix. The person working in post office that I referred to on Friday was very sick. Surprisingly he did not have mask. How is it possible that after that pandemic,and hard time, people come to work when they are sick?! I disinfected my parcels that I took from him but virus spreads in the air! How is it possible that there is no protocol in a uniprix?! No training?! The employee was very young, but of course he should be adult enough to accept the responsibility of performing a job. If he is not educated, adult, whatsoever, there should be a ptotocol and supervision by the manager! I am very sick right one day after I went there meeting the sick employee.

Very angry that they don’t update their post office hours on their website when they have a staff shortage - the employees just dismiss you when you ask them to pass along that info as I came all the way to find out I couldn’t pick up my mail - I understand but this is unacceptable
