One of the worst experiences - a limited regulatory framework and no support after 6 p.m. To give you some context: after a 15-hour day of moving we arrived at the warehouse around 7:40 p.m. to find that the two “lockers” were locked with a padlock. I hurry to call the call center who cannot help - impossible to reach the warehouse management - (I have more than 75 accommodations and I can always be reached for emergencies) which organization offers no support to their customers for emergencies within their opening hours - poor organization like this. So I call a locksmith who needs to store a truck full of my furniture - this takes 45 minutes - we hurry and run to meet the schedule to be in front of the fence at 10 a.m. sharp (a call to the call center at support) only to realize that we are trapped and cannot get out! Once again no round phone number to join! Back home by taxi and looking forward to drop off to fuel our mutual knowledge!

I kept 2 storage lockers and a car there for about 3 years. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rent only went up once in that time and not by a lot. I highly recommend them!

First time renting a small space in a warehouse. I am really very satisfied. They are very professional and super welcoming. The place is easy to access and parking is not crowded. It's clean, safe and the prices are affordable. I highly recommend. :)
