Poor organization in the laboratory and no help or understanding from the technicians and pharmacists. Prescriptions not entered in the file, error upon error in the preparation of medications, pharmacist does not return calls and every time you speak to someone the answer you get is "there is nothing we can do". In short, choose another pharmacy! This is the first time I've had such a problem with a pharmacy.

Not surprising the ratings are so low. Apparently pharmacists don’t have time to advise customers on their medication, the one I spoke with tonight was extremely rude and dismissive. I’ll get my meds somewhere else!

I have come here to take blood tests at different times over the past few years, for a while now, we no longer want to give appointments without having the documents beforehand. I explain that I am a regular and that I simply want to reserve the day and that I will come by this afternoon to bring my documents. I received a pure and simple NO, no discussion, that's the rule! So, you have just lost me as a client, a PJC in the sector has agreed to book my appointment for me. Rigidity is not the benchmark for a good customer relationship, that's it!
