I am a very frequent shopper, I rarely use my points card, yesterday I asked the girl at the checkout who is in cosmetics and she gave me terrible service, just asking if I had any accumulated thing, she just told me that she didn't have all of it but she replied lousy and looked at us blankly, I don't know how you allow them to treat their customers badly and that nothing happens.
I have to highlight the young man at the general checkout because I asked him about my card and in two words he solved my question. the attention of the young man at 100% and the girl with the cosmetics box at 0%.
Meetings and feedback from customer service staff would be a big help because the truth is the service was terrible. I left the place wondering why this mistreatment. 2001 Victoria Ave, Saint-Lambert, ?

Terrible or non-existent service.
You stay on hold for twenty minutes only to be deliberately hung up on.
Close your pharmacy if you cannot serve customers.

A young lady named Lara helped us on February 18 at the prescription counter. We were really impressed by her excellent service! She is a very courteous and extremely skilled employee! Thank you for your excellent service!

Very bad experience, cold staff without any welcome and too expensive for what it is. I am very knowledgeable about flowers and their prices. I often buy it from my florist in Montreal but this one is overkill, especially since the foliage was mediocre and very little. I was taken by surprise for my invitation, it was the only florist that stayed open until 7 p.m. otherwise I wouldn't have gotten anything. I advise you against it.

It's a good place to find what you're looking for, like jewelry, gifts, and medicine.

This is a review from an uber eats delivery. Convenience store items through uber eats (soda, water, chips, etc). This Jean Coutu delivery fee was more expensive than the other convenience stores on uber eats, but hey, its their store and their right to charge as much as they want, no issues with that. And because they had more items that I wanted compared to the others, I thought it was worth it. That being said, if you are charging more than the others, at least do you job right?1. First, they took forever to deliver the items to the uber driver (I noticed the uber car on the map parked on the Jean Coutu for a long time); 2. I ordered 9 items and they only had 3 items. Is this a joke? And these are not even rare or uncommon items. We are talking about Ritz crackers, Nutella, etc.. so I have to pay an expensive delivery to get 3 items? Because you don't have anything you list? In the end, the other stores would have more items that I wanted with a cheaper delivery fee!; 3. If thats not enough, one of the 3 items was wrong!!! Looks like they didn't have this item too and so they added a similar one (but still quite different). So , in the end, they only had 2 out of 9 items. 2 OUT OF 9!!!! And these are very common items. At this point, why even have an online presence when you just don't have anything you advertise? You clearly offering a very poor service and dragging your brand through the mud. Either take control of the situation or stop selling online.

If you are really sick and you ask the pharmacist to help you, don't count on it too much, the government told us that pharmacists would be able to help more patients, well forget it.
