The prescription aspect is very, very bad. The technicians are for the most part not courteous, not friendly. They were not even able to keep available an essential medication for me that I had to refill every month. Every time on order and waiting.
The one and only time in 10 years that I forgot to renew early, nothing in stock and no help from them to find it elsewhere or to help me with a solution. So I decided to have my file transferred elsewhere. And even for that it was catastrophic - 3 calls and 3 days of waiting. Just unacceptable.
After more than 10 years as a loyal customer, I promise you that I will not set foot there again.

Pharmacist who does not know how to give a waiting time for a simple pick-up without consultation, and who tells us to go to another pharmacy when we ask for details on the waiting time. (Note that I was the only customer waiting)
Also, doesn't answer the phone, they put you on hold instantly and never get back to you. I even tried to call while I was waiting to see their reaction since I saw them inactive. I was put on hold and then I saw the agents laughing among themselves.

Well, quite expensive price. Good choice of item. On the pharmacy side the wait is very long. On the other hand, they offer good advice if necessary.

Every time I need medication, I come in the morning to have them prepared and I come by at the end of the day to pick them up since I live across the street. Each time, there is always a problem, either I wait for 45 minutes because it is not ready or it is always complicated. It’s a shame because I take the trouble to come in the morning and stop by in the evening to give them time. Last time I was even called to tell me it was ready and when I arrived the clerk couldn't find anything... Well, I'm not taking away the kindness of the workers or the pharmacists but it's a shame because I take worth the time and place my order in person.

Gift card fraud and ridiculous effort to get refunded!
Instead of immediately refunding the money at the store, I spent three weeks contacting various people at Shoppers Drug Mart until finally they refunded me with another gift card.

Huge range of products available so very practical in this regard. Things get complicated at the prescription counter. Although the pharmacists are very competent and the laboratory technicians very courteous, the service is incredibly slow... you will have to wait 45 minutes on average when you come to collect a prescription. In addition, you have to follow the laboratory clerks closely because they are often confused.

Deplorable service, after giving my prescription, refusal to give me the product (pre-operative disinfectant) on the pretext that the prescription was not in my name (I had just given it and the pharmacist did not want to give it back to me so that I can go to another pharmacy. The “pharmacist in charge” full of her title looked down on me.

Do not take passport photos for any age as stated on the site. I went there with my 1-year-old daughter and was told that there was no equipment for children under 5 years old.
