469 Rue Milton, Montréal“Cute antique vibes second hand bookstore. Owner only accepts cash. Near McGill. Has some 1$ books. Got 3 sociology, philosophy and literature books for only 35$ ;)) quite a good deal.”
“There I was able to find the gifts and toys I was looking for for the family!
Full collection of Comics, Comics, Manga, Pokemon, Starwars, Marvel, DC, Comics, Batman, Superman, Spiderman, Madame Web, Spawn and more!
I always go there when I'm in Montreal ????”
“Plenty of parking on site.
Very difficult to exit through Tashereau, I advise going behind and taking the light.
I went there with my son for books and comics. We found a few.
There is plenty of stock in store. To visit with your children!”
“Great bookstore with not only a large choice of books (in French) but excellent advisors who will take time with you to suggest you different authors and books and collections - and even propose you another bookstore if they don't have what you are looking for .

“Oh what a beautiful bookstore and local business. Beautiful window and such a beautiful and calm bookstore. A large selection of Quebec books. Go encourage them instead of ordering online from the American whose name starts with A and ends with N. There is no problem with outdoor parking, it is free and spacious. Make sure you lock your vehicle securely.”
“Beautiful, cozy neighborhood bookstore with a wide variety of speculative fiction in French and English!! Matthew is very friendly with a passion with bringing together people in his community. Check out the social events every Friday!”
“Lovely bookstore that has many details that make a visit to this shop a unique experience. It is more remarkable since we see bookstores disappear. Thanks for the chair or two to skim through books; I did not feel any pressure to buy. The attendant was helpful when I asked about earth art books.”
“I would like to thank Camille very sincerely. Conscientious, proactive, very attentive, she helped me find books on the very vast subject of Love (seen from a spiritual, philosophical angle). As a thorough search was not possible during my stay in the store, she took the trouble to note down my contact details and found some very relevant books for me, which I was able to purchase two days later from his colleagues, just as friendly.”
“A great used bookstore. They have soooo many books, and you can find things you never expected as you look through what seems like an endless collection!! Highly recommend.”
“This is a great neighborhood games and toys store. I have been buying gifts for my children there for years. No matter their age, there is always something suitable. It's inspiring. Plus, they can package your purchases for you. It’s handy for last minute gifts.”
“I love this neighborhood bookstore so much. It smells like paper. I like to stroll among the pens and inks, discovering beautiful books. It’s always a comforting visit when I go!”

269 Avenue du Mont-Royal E 222 et, Montréal“Charming neighborhood bookstore, courteous and competent employees. I went there to sell my books and I found the experience more pleasant than at L'Échange. I had time to wander around the store a bit and there were used and new books interspersed, organized by genre. When it comes to selling books, they are interested in literature, philosophy, etc. They don't really take recipe books, English books or young adult books. At 222 (opposite), they will buy young adult/teen books. The two branches buy books at 25% of the market price. In short, good experience and I recommend for buyers (although the selection is not huge) and sellers!
PS: the books you don't sell could delight the foundations and patients of your local hospital, so don't hesitate to head there with what you have left!”
“Adorable bookstore and the employees are excellent! They always find a book despite my sometimes vague descriptions :) the atmosphere inside is very pleasant. THANKS”
“Nice independent bookstore right downtown. Everything is well organized and some books have little summaries handwritten by staff on cue cards. I love that old-style feel. You can order books online from them and if they don't have them, they'll order it for you. Takes a bit longer than the big A but it feels so much nicer to support a home-grown business.”
“Very nice shop and very good service. The staff are warm and welcoming. Many articles representing the history and culture of this country as well as books and decorations of all kinds.”

2151 Boul. Lapinière, Brossard“Nice collection but above all I came across a great bookseller. He knew he wouldn't have what I was looking for and he didn't hesitate to tell me in which bookstore I could find what I was looking for!”

2220 McGill College Ave, Montreal“I love books; I love to read. I like to linger in this store, no rush and peruse the shelves; this makes me very happy, not to be rushed. The staff at Paragraphe always strive to get for me the book that I want to read and I so appreciate their knowledge, their efforts, and their efficiency!”
“I went there with my friend once. The bookstore is super beautiful and has a very pleasant vintage feel! The gentleman who works there is super nice and welcoming! This place definitely deserves a 5 star!”
“M. Simard est très accueillant et maîtrise son énorme inventaire. Nous avons trouvé tous que nous désirons pour adulte et enfant. On ne trouve pas plus au FNAC. [email protected] 3453 rue Saint-Denis +1-514-845-7617”

“Indeed, I classify this bookstore in the category of a beautiful bookstore for its attractive appearance, spacious, very well kept, a beautiful classification of articles, great discipline, a palpable and transparent organization, I find the employees are dynamic, welcoming and helpful. 'a good openness to help when we need their assistance on certain occasions which is very good, important, useful and pleasantly appreciated. Yes, it’s a beautiful place to discover and to shop there too.”
“This bookstore is one of the most secret and richest treasures in Montreal. It's a veritable Ali-Baba's cave for lovers of classic literature and other belles-lettristes, as the Germans say so well. Everyone will find what they are looking for, at a price that will allow them to fill a big bag of books from which to draw pleasure, wisdom or comfort.”
“A very wide selection of books in English and French (possibly more). A super friendly staff and great AC. (one hot day me and my roommate stopped in there to cool off since the AC is so good. Lol.
Its a great bookstore all around. Just wish it also had a small drink cafe or something like some other Indigo stores do.
But everything else is top-tier.”
“Very nice bookstore which offers both a beautiful and large selection of books in English as well as a selection of books in French.Personally, I am a big fan of business books, and I appreciate the selection made in this bookstore. I realized over time that if the book is not available in this bookstore and has to be special ordered, it is because it is probably not interesting.”

5117 Park Ave, Montreal“I really like this branch of Renaud Bray! Spacious and comfortable for searching for a book, a gadget or a simple original kitchen tool. Very joyful and happy. The employees are very nice and very friendly and that is VERY important to us as loyal customers. They stay open until 10 p.m.!”
“Pleasant, local place of discovery. I order both online and in person. Friendly and warm customer service. I even make the detour even though the big chains are closer to home. Would you like to open a branch in La Prairie? ??”
