“Yesterday I walked in and I was greeted by a young gentleman(Unfortunately I forget his name)He took the time to listen and then he definitely knew how to advice me best.I needed to make a bigger transfert to My sister wich has her accounts with another bank anyhow this young man understood right away and directed me perfectly.Yes it’s his job,however it’s the right spirit that I’m highlighting:)He was alive,he was present and he cared !
