I'm going to consult for an infection problem, they don't want to prescribe anything for me, I went to a nearby pharmacy (competition) they kindly served me and even prescribed me.

I want to have my prescriptions prepared in advance so as not to wait too long, but no, we wait the same and in addition we just have to come the next day. So it's not helping a lot of patients who are sick, no same day delivery and we can't get through the same day!!
Then if we want to add a product on the floor to our order already ready at the laboratory, the cashier has already gone to see the product on the floor if available, it would be easy to give to them at the lab, but no she says to remind the lab that 'They're going to get the medicine off the floor!! Wow, how stupid! I changed pharmacies because I moved to St Joseph but frankly the service is much better at Jean Coutu and that in all departments! I'm talking about the Jean Coutu near the hospital in St Eustache

The service is really disappointing, I always order my medications for 2 months and each time there is always one missing for the 2nd month.... and to charge $2.50 to print the annual file, this is the first time that 'a pharmacy charges me for this, I am in favor of local purchasing but there are damn limits... I am considering whether I change places for these medications (you will probably lose 4 files )

My partner had the order prepared a day in advance and I went to pick up the order but unfortunately I had the wrong product on file. When I got home, my wife called me to ask to prepare the good product and reimburse the bad one and they didn't want to reimburse. In addition to having a $25 service fee for nothing on an unopened product. I don't recommend this place to anyone because unfortunately there are big service charges each time but no real service provided. Very long and waste of time.

New pharmacy, for my part, following a move to the area and in all honesty, I definitely regret my choice. I've been going to the same pharmacy for over 6 years and I've never encountered these problems before. Each time I visit the Familiprix in St-Joseph-du-lac, I notice that they are always extremely busy and unavailable to be able to respond to customers in a time deemed reasonable. The wait to see the pharmacist is much too long, the employees are overwhelmed and poorly organized. Additionally, today I experienced a great lack of respect and that is what motivated my interest in writing a comment. The blonde lady in the laboratory (Monday January 29, 2024) deserves to be summoned for acting like that towards a client. Such behavior towards me is truly unheard of...I am still speechless that an employee could act like that within the framework of her work! On the other hand, I received excellent service from Audrey, this nurse is a real gem! She gave me completely impeccable service. I would like my comment to be taken into consideration because I cannot imagine that no changes will be made in the future. THANKS.

The premises are completely submerged; far too small for the sales ambitions of a pharmacy: everything except health of course. We enter and two shelves in front of the door; boxes... It's impossible to move around without hanging something; it's full of articles. Suggestion: reduce inventory or increase area; It’s an open-air brothel.

My psychiatrist prescribed a drug, but I don't want to take it right away so I ask that it be written in the file. They tell me it's done. A few months later, I need it, I am told that I never had a prescription. Luckily the pharmacist gave me 10, but now good luck chasing after the psychiatrist when it took me two years to meet him and his office phone number is down. At least the pharmacists have always been great

(Translated by Google) Very bad service from the reception pharmacist at the checkout I went there to get a medicine behind the counter so at the reception I was told to go to the cash desk to pay when I got to the checkout I was made to wait 35 minutes to give them to me on the pretext and with an arrogant air that I have to wait my turn like everyone my two people were behind me at the reception and they were made to pass in front of me anyway. Really I find your lack of experience deplorable the person at the reception was in training.

(Translated by Google) Very poor service from the pharmacist who is arrogant and condescending at the St-Joseph du lac branch. We are therefore going to transfer our files to Uniprix, which offers much better service in addition to being courteous.(Original)Très mauvais service du pharmacien qui est arrogant et condescendant à la succursale de St-Joseph du lac. They sent me a replacement medication even though my doctor said there was no need to change.
When I called, the person told me that it was indeed noted in my file not to change but that they no longer had any in stock. They would receive some the next day.
At that moment I had a doubt. I showed up bringing back what they had sent and THE pharmacist told me that RAMQ no longer reimbursed this medication and that I had to pay.
I asked when to notify my doctor but the pharmacist was not able to answer. I realized he was lying.
This is the second time THIS pharmacist has wanted to charge me a fee.
When I went to the government website I noticed that the medication in question was still reimbursed.
The prescription that I brought back and already billed to RAMQ remained there. Maybe he’ll sell it to you ?
I should have paid for the medicine in order to have proof to be able to file a complaint.
