Knows his job like the back of his hand. Able to find memory failures on phone with symptoms, model and year. Explains how and why certain repairs need to be done, shows you your used/finished parts after changing them so that you understand your vehicle better. Arranging schedules and on top of that, not expensive. My partner and I drive BMWs and I can't see myself going anywhere else.
