I called here once to ask a question about installing an accessory on my car they answered wierd and impolite and had me on the phone for nothing to waste my time i answered to them well thats stupid and he thought i was saying that to him anyways i hung up the phone and went of my day i suddenly after was receiving calls from all kinds of numbers from this garage because they have multiple lines I guess i finally aswered and he was saying to me come on come on you wanna fight me i am here at the garage wow i was astonished and went to my local police department to advise them about this unprofessional situation please people never go there

J’ai fait changer mon pare-brise en novembre 2022 et ils ont brisée mon sélecteur d’essuie-glace. Ils n’ont rien dit et lorsque j’ai été les voit pour leur montrer ils disaient qu’ils ne comprenaient pas comment cela est arrivé et ils voulaient me faire payer pour le réparer. Vraiment une garage mal honnête, zéro professionnel, faites attention. Je vous conseil d’aller ailleurs .Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had already dealt with this garage 3 years ago for my Hyundai Accent and the service was excellent. I went back there with my Kia Sorento last week and the service is still excellent! Respectful, professional men who care about customer satisfaction. Their prices are unbeatable. Value for money more than excellent. There aren't many garages left that offer these two conditions!! The staff is very friendly. I had the windshield changed in September 2015. The first installation whistled, so they had to start the work again. The 2nd installation resolved the hissing problem.

I went to this workshop to have my windshield repaired. Please note that after the repair, the small crack I had still remained visible, but the garage guaranteed me that it would change my windshield if my crack became larger. Had I known, I would have gone with another garage because the crack was indeed worsened even though the sun came out a few weeks later.So I contacted the workshop who told me on the phone that they would credit me for the repair ($100) and that my windshield would cost $300. I arrive there, the owner barely looks at me and goes to look at my windshield and tells me by calling his salesman that my windshield cost $495 and only credits me $70 and not $100. I repeated to him that I had been told that initially he would have to change my windshield free of charge if the repair did not work. I suggest you do it with a real company like Lebeau or another known brand, because we have a real guarantee if the crack gets worse. So, I tell him that at least he credits me the amount I originally paid. There is no room for negotiation and he tells me that he has 25 years of experience in the field and that he has never seen that and slams the door on me as he leaves for his workshop.In short, lack of professionalism and no real guarantee is offered by this garage.I do not recommend this workshop in any way.
