The pharmacist didn't have much empathy for my suffering mother. He wasn't too open to discussion. Additionally, I saw a technician drop a pill on the floor and put it back in a prescription jar. Quite ordinary as a place.

J'ai vécu à peu près la même chose hier. Un article en spécial qui ne l'était pas rendu à la caisse??. Je me suis fait recevoir par la superviseur comme une moins que rien. Super impatiente et impolie avec moi et elle disait qu'elle n'était pas obligée de me rembourser parce que j'aurais dû regarder la date( en minuscules caractères) plutôt que le prix indiqué !! Plus jamais....

I have been going to this pharmacy for several years now and have never had a problem until recently. This experience means that I will not return there again. I went there to do some shopping. Arriving at the checkout (cosmetics), one of the items did not come at the displayed price, I then informed the cashier. His supervisor, I believe (old), comes to his rescue and goes to check that what I say is true (completely normal). She then comes back and changes the price, but does not follow the price accuracy policy. I ask her why in a courteous manner and she tells me that no, she will not respect this policy, because it is customers who VOLUNTARILY change the location labels on the shelves to get discounts. So she called me a thief in other words. I then left my purchases on the counter and left for another pharmacy. I now have a very bitter taste of this business. An internal meeting on the service and how to speak to customers would be in order.

I have been shopping here for years, but today is the last!! I had ridiculous service from the manager who spoke to me in an unprofessional manner at all!! I told him said that I am dissatisfied with the passport photo because the girl did not ask me before printing them, and I want to redo them and she told me that she too was not satisfied with the photo of her driving license !!! In any case I would never set foot there.
