Pour le service au comptoir avec caissi��re, je n'ai rien �� redire pour leur travail. R��pondent tr��s bien aux questions pos��es; parfois c'est plus lent sauf que en ��tant pr��sentes pour la client��le qui pr��f��re un service personne �� personne au lieu des guichets, c'est l'id��al et on ne pose pas de questions comme d'autres banques 'Pourquoi vous n'��tes pas all��s au guichet automatique'. Les banques parfois, oublient que la personne a besoin d'un service personnalis��.

Gichet automatique toujours défectueux a extérieur pour depot argent comptant et mon proposer ( venez je vais m'occuper de vous a l'intérieur ) Si je veut aller au guichet dehors c'est pour sauver du temps ou je veut pas sortir.. non? Si il fonct pas et seulement chez vous, fermer le, toute façon votre banque je n'y vais plus.. trop bon service!!

I used to work at TD and this is why I know teller acted wrongly. I drove 20 mins to the branch and patiently did a 20 min line to see the teller to claim my credit card which was delivered to the branch. I showed my licensed and my bank card to the teller, he started taking his time and wanted me to update all my info. I told him I had a meeting and I’d do it online however he REFUSED to give me MY credit card because he had to do the update first which is UNACCEPTABLE. No, FYI no one is required to update info in order to get your card back to you if you already provided ID and your bank card.

Didn't provide the correct information the first time .Advised best to get procuration for dad. Instead of only with bank.Went to the branch to provide the notarized documents todayManager said I need an appointment and bring my dad?! What? That is why I got Notarized procuration / mandat.SAys Cannot do virtual and I m 7 hours away. Dad is in lot of pain& not going out. What if he was hospitalized ?Then they cannot give me an apt in a month when I come back. I have to call them back. Another waste of time on the phone.Is there another more senior friendly bank I can transfer his account to?

Je n'ai pas été emballée du tout aujourd'hui de mon rendez-vous à la Banque TD du Grand-Héron, la directrice de cette succursale aurait avantage à ne pas se mêler des rendez-nous des gestionnaires. Elle n'a aucune diplomatie, aucun discernement, aucun respect des clients,Très différent des autres succursales, et dire que je réfère des clients, désolant...Par contre David a su récupérer les fausses notes de sa supérieure immédiate. Merci David de ton bon service.

Plus de 2 mois afin de venir a bout d’un refinancement, j’ai dû parler a 4 personnes différentes, pas de retour sur la plus part des appelles et courriels. De plus on a décidé a ma place des terme et conditions de mon engagement d’hypothèque.Je n’ai jamais eu de problème avec TD jusqu’à ce que je fasse affaire avec la succursale de st-jerome en 2022
