I went into Sirens looking for a last minute outfit an hour before my event and could not have been happier with the amazing service. The assistant manager, Ayah, was one of the most friendly people I have ever met and quickly helped me pick out several options. Not only did I confidently walk out of the store with an outfit I loved, but I was also a lot less stressed than I was before she assisted me. I wish every store had someone like Ayah for stressful times like this.

Normally , I enjoy shopping for my wife here. But today my transaction went through but there system crashed and they had me stand there for 20 minutes. No offering of any discount, just sorry, it's not us, it's the computer. Horrible experience today.

The other day at Sirens, I had the best experience. With the goal of finding a cute gift for my best friend, I entered the store for the first time. Thanks to Ayah, the assistant manager, I received the best service and treatment. The girl helped me personally find what I was looking for and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’m looking forward to visiting more frequently!

I go back and forth from Africa to Ottawa every-time i visit the store i have to get gifts for my wife and her sisters i don't really know much about girls clothing I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed by the warm welcome and helpfulness of your staff.I would like to specifically mention Ayeaa for going above and beyond to assist me with my needs. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to listen to my concerns. She provided me with valuable insights and made me feel like a valued customer.I have been a customer of your business for several years, and I can say with confidence that the level of service I experienced during my recent visit was the best I have ever received.Thank you once again for your commitment to excellence in customer service. As I texted her today since am coming for a visit to Ottawa she told me she stopped working there and that’s the saddest news she deserves the best. I just wanted to leave her a review since she helped me make my wife and her sister's happy.

This is not usually my go to store for shopping, but I had to buy an outfit a couple of hours before a bday after realizing it’s white themed. I was very stressed out but I had an employee, Aya I believe who helped me find an outfit in less than 10 min and made me feel in a whole different mood. Great customer service experience!

I am so sad to see all these low reviews!!!! I had such a good customer service here and I even left with what I wanted and more. The employee Ayah helped me match some bottoms with the tops I intended to walk out with. I hope more people get as a good of an experience as I did

Extremely rude workers. Whoever worked the night of September 9th should be told what customer service is. Was never greeted, continuously given dirty looks. Will never return to this location. Management needs to hire better staff. Literally put stuff back and didn’t purchase at this location due to worst customer service I’ve ever received .

When I say this was a horrible experience I am not exaggerating. Not greeted, given horrible looks, did not let us try stuff on, they talked in the back and did not look like anyone was working. I just put everything back and walked out. Employees sept 9th need to be trained on customer service and at least offer a fake smile.

I would never recommend shopping here to anyone. The store is very stuffy and the quality of their clothes is awful. While I was shopping, I noticed that many of their items smelt disgusting (dusty and mouldy) and it’s probably because the store is so stuffy as well. I ended up purchasing a dress and realizing shortly after that it had an extremely bad odour and stained my hands with some sort of brown colour. On top of their poor quality clothing, their change rooms are gross and filled with piles of dust. Their staff is not at all helpful or interactive with customers. Such an awful experience.
