But not having a scale for the services offered. The front desk is very nice and customer oriented. But the mechanics are lazy and entitled. I went for a tire change and asked them to single out the damaged tire (nail in tire). Literally to just mark it so I can get it fixed and they didn’t do it. When I asked again at the end, they said « it’s too late, we will see it when we change it back in winter »… the front desk was willing to come mark it but at that point I just wanted to leave.

De plus, ils m’ont chargé des frais sans m’avoir avisé au préalable pour avoir nettoyer mes roues et changer les valves alors que les roues étaient encore très belle voir presque neuve, probablement parce que je n’ai pas acheté mes pneus à leur garage.
