Impeccable service, and great price! We had two punctures on the way to vacation. A technician came to install a spare wheel and escorted us to the repair shop.
A complete inspection was carried out and 4 new tires were installed and we left within half a day to get back on the road.

I stopped there for a recall issued by the manufacturer Forest River of which they are the custodian, after asking me if I had bought my trailer from them several times which is not the case, the lady simply mentioned to me that you would have to check with the original dealer because the trailer was registered with them??? In short, nonsense.
I finally went to another Forest River dealer where they completed the little reminder in less than 30 minutes with smiles to boot. If you are looking for service this is clearly not the right place

Respect and patience are worth it big damage in June in the United States my air conditioning is at the top of the wall not in the ceiling like everyone else it has moved inside it is infiltrated in the walls and we noticed it because there it was leaking cabinets back to Canada call insurance its press trailer covered condole yes happy call trailer Gauthier immediately took the situation in hand M Gauthier which man returns the trailer calls us back a week later to tell us that it's leaking from the walls everywhere. We had an apparent dent at the back, it was about three years old, they had it analyzed by someone else, they told us it's a panel that came off, it's coming when the trailer was more than 5 years old, well no, it was the air conditioning that was draining into the walls. It's M Gauthier's team who found the moral of the story yes I just got my trailer I didn't have it in the summer but with courtesy and patience its pay my trailer is really like new everything has been thought of down to the seal three quarters of the trailer was damaged not apart from negligence but bad luck there thanks to you we have a very beautiful trailer it was worth the wait thank you very much to everyone for your excellent service I give you 10 stars for also your kindness BRAVO

I purchased a magnificent SOLAR 294 BHK 2023 trailer from Roulottes Gauthier 2 weeks ago. What a contrast with the last two dealers with whom I have already done business...Roulottes Gauthier gives me confidence that there are honest and professional dealers in this industry. Finally, specialists who know their stuff and who tell the truth. All the staff are very welcoming and kind. Choosing the dealership where you buy your trailer is as much, if not more, important than the one you buy! For several years! Well done!

I have just purchased a trailer from Roulottes Gauthier and I have received excellent service. They took the time to answer all my questions. They are competent and it appears that they have several years of experience in their field. They have a nice selection of trailers and I found one perfect for my family's needs. It’s a great family business that I highly recommend.

Although they mostly seem to deal in trailer campers, I brought my Northern Lite Truck Camper in for a water tank issue. I was sure that I had burned out the entire heating system. The staff and technicians were great to identify a faulty wiring problem and fixed everything within less than 2 hours. Helpful and nice staff. They saved our trip.
