  He made a little video on my brother-in-law's cell phone (78 years old) who often forgets how to operate his odometer (among other things!)

  Purchased a new van, and drove away with it on the same day. Great sale from Bertrand. A tiny huccup in the process was dealt with very fairly by Rive-Nord. No high pressure sales tactics, just directness and honesty from Bertand. Best buying experience of my life.
