I left after 45 minutes of waiting for a question from the pharmacist for my 8 month old son (several people who arrived after me who wanted advice were served before us). I was passing in the area so I took a chance, but I will continue to go to my usual pharmacy where the service is impeccable.

Was present at the pharmacy to buy perfumes. The lady who was there seemed to have no interest in serving me. However, she was very kind to the other customers. She walked around me and ignored me as if I was part of the scenery.

I'm going to buy 4 cases of 6 pepsi 710ml and it's for my mother-in-law. I arrive at the checkout with service but they tell me that only cash is accepted at the checkout so the cashier asks me to take the self-service but I'm not comfortable with this the young lady comes to help me scan my 4 cases of pepsi for me at the self-service checkout so thanking her I finalize and pay the bill the cashier tells me that the basket does not go outside even if there is access to get to the parking lot with my basket and at the same time seeing her pass customers through the normal checkout with debit cards I felt let down by this young woman who has a funny way of welcoming his customers, I ended up going out with the basket and bringing it back to their home

If I could have given 0 stars I would have done so. I went to the pharmaprix to buy a lip pencil with my two friends because she liked the color I had bought the day before throughout my shopping I was followed by the workers as if throwing a thief we went see another brand of makeup to see if they had pencils for me at around the same price but we couldn't find them so we went back to the brand of the one I had bought the day before and she stopped us and told us said that what we had put in our pockets we had to pay for and I had to prove to him that I had not stolen it by showing him in my account the purchase I had made yesterday because I had not not the invoice which was from the day before I am very disappointed to have been treated like this

J’ai trouvé vraiment dommage que je doivent passer par les caisse automatique si je voulais payer par carte. Avec un jeune enfant dans les bras, c’est très peu pratique de devoir scanner moi même mes articles sans possibilité d’être aider si je payais pas carte. Une dame vraiment gentille m’a aidé mais à condition que je paie avec du comptant.

One of the worst service EVER I have received in cosmeticsI am aware that he must have stolen a lot but have me followed and monitored as if I were a thief!!Sorry but I'm going to shop for my makeup elsewhere for sure!!!
