Worst place to get your car repaired. Have an alignment done, the steering wheel is crooked and the vehicle pulls to the left. They had my car 3 days before I called them to be told they couldn't find my part. I had to do the steps myself and I found it in 20 minutes for $167 delivered to my home. They wanted to charge me $400. After a week my exhaust was still not repaired and for my power steering (missing part) I decided to go get my car and do it myself. Total incompetence.

We called that morning and Leo mentioned to us that he would look into the problem. Verdict: we could not use our vehicle. They quickly found the problem and made the necessary repairs. They even took the time to check a part that another garage had told us we needed to change. It turns out that the M360 team confirmed that the part we needed to change was in very good condition and did not need to be changed. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and impeccable customer service. This is definitely the place I will always go from now on!

This is usually my garage of choice, always impeccable service! However I went to have my manifold changed $$$$, when leaving the garage, my check engine and trac off lights came on. Super nice, they tell me to come back. Searched for 1 hour to finally tell me that they can't do anything, that it's a central computer fault, they would have to do a reprogramming. Very disappointed to have paid for one butter and now have to pay for another butter. I would have appreciated some compensation for the appearance of another problem :(

I had my muffler repaired and the price of the parts was too high, part sold by them $540, checked with other part supplier in St-jérome, price sold at $350 for the same part number and checked with them for the price of their supplier I interviewed their price cost $245 $300 profit?
