We know nothing about building materials and had to purchase a multitude of materials to repair our back deck and gutters. The service counter associate was kind and patient enough to look at our photos, find the material in question and help us with the measurements we had scribbled on a paper. We received our order the next day as promised and all the materials cut as requested! I recommend this branch to everyone!!

I went to buy a Dewalt 20v lamp last week I bought the same one at the home depot for 29.99 and you sell exactly the same product for 79.99And no there was nothing special.I had a lot of fun looking at lots of items at double prices, I find it dishonest even though you can decide your own prices.

Magnificent service from the little retiree who works in the woodcutting department knows what he is talking about! He's really funny and he knows his stuff. He gives very good advice, if you go to BMR ask for Sylvain!

I hope this will reach the ears of the manager!! Lucie served me at the checkouts earlier and I have never seen such a smiling, kind, patient and helpful employee! She did everything to help me find what I needed. She didn't need to do that. But it seemed like she just wanted to help me. When you have golden employees like that, you have to make sure you don’t lose them. She is a worthwhile employee with the great service she gives. I guarantee it to you. Thank you so much ! Keep it up! It feels good to sometimes be served in life by smart people :)Madame des bacs :p

I am a contractor, I point out to them that they do not have “washers” of the most popular size and that they should notify the buyer. The tall skinny buyer arrives, I explain to him, and too eager to go smoke he sends me away saying that anyway it will be backordered. He looked so like he was in a Colosseum! Next time I will stop at the Home Depot before going to Ste-Sophie. F.Y. local purchasing.
