We had an excellent experience with the Pneus et Mécanique Denis Langlois garage during a recent trip to Saint-Jérôme, coming from Montreal. Following a puncture, we needed to install a spare tire on a rim with a flat tire. Despite their busy schedule and numerous appointments during the day (several cars were there), the garage team welcomed us with great kindness and efficiency. They quickly replaced the flat tire on the rim and installed the wheel and only charged us $20 for their work. This demonstrates their integrity, their kindness and their sense of customer service. I highly recommend this garage for its professionalism, expertise and warm welcome. 100% exceptional service. THANKS

Bad service and lack of respect!! Made an appointment a week before, when I arrived on a Monday I was told that they did not receive the correct part the previous Friday but they did not notify me. (1st trip for nothing). They reschedule me in pm. When it's time to enter my vehicle I ask again for confirmation of the price. The clerk told me 1295.00 instead of the original price which was $695.00. for the same work. It's to laugh at the world
