I went there to buy a suit for my wedding (in a month and a half). I was served by Antoine. Very good service, very kind and attentive to my needs. His colleagues helped him with the measurements, because yes they have a retouching service!!!. I am satisfied in every way. Service, price, advice. A week's delay for retouching because soon the prom is very good .I even got a gift card!!! I highly recommend this store. Thank you boys. (the guy in jogging pants) ?

Excellent service when shopping, but do not return items purchased online. You will no longer be the same customer. We are going to lecture you that it is better to buy in store. The process of getting your credit card refunded takes an unreasonable amount of time which only serves to continue the moral lesson. We ask the same questions for each item, even if you mentioned that the size is not the right one and that they don't have it in store anymore. Honestly, I had the impression that I was coming to extract from them the equivalent in commission of what I was asking for in reimbursement. I won't set foot there again when I see the tall blond with the long curly hair. The other sellers are friendly and professional.

Big 0, I bought a pair of shoes, which I wanted to return or exchange the next day due to a size that was too small. Wear once for 2 hours inside. They refused because of the sole which was barely "dirty" (I don't even know if I can say it was dirty). Ridiculous in addition due to arrogant staff. Very disappointed to have known the bad customer service I would have bought elsewhere
